I have contacted the association's attorney (to no avail), the association's president who say he can't talk to me, I need to talk to the attorney's Bartley & Spears, I have written to Senator Jon Lindsay, Senator West and Senator Wentworth, I have spoken to the management company. All of this have been for naught - has not one of them have responded. Only my liitle angel Harvella keeps me sane!!

In 2002 - 2005, I was Phyicaly Assualted(Harmed, causing Pain) on two seperate occations, oppressing & intimadating me from wishing to audit the Records and Books, and stopping me from exercizing my Constitutional Rights of Free Speech, Free Press, right to attend meetings & the right to peacefuly assemble with other homeowners.
This was done not only by two seperate Men, who continualy Serve year after year on my HOA Board of Directors, but the entire Board joined in on the opression.

There was no reasonable recorse open to the average homeowner, there is nowhere on can turn, or is available, that myself or any other homeowner can take their problems to, nor is there a system that offers a quick due process remedy!

Currenty there is no type of governmental Oversite, Accountibility, Inexpensive Recorse for the homeowner, nor is there any type of Enforcement availible or open to the homeowner in order to force their HOA & Board Members to abid by Texas Statues and it's Laws!
The HOA Board members simply ignor whatever statues or laws they wish too, or else they simplly apply the ones that suit only the HOA Board Member's and their clicks, whims at that particular time.

The HOA Industry itself, absolutly refuse's to allow any type of an outside-independant entity to oversee them nor will they allow any tye of accountablly or enforcement whenever they or their board members overstep the bounderies of their powers and authority, or if they decide NOT to abid by the State of Texas's current Statues and Laws.

The only recorse I personaly had open to me - was to pay Thousands of dollars fileing a legal cause of action, both criminally and civilly.
It has taken years, from 2002-2006 & 2007 to see these case's come before a Court of Law.

I look forward to the day when our Texas Legislators vote to Re-form the Texas Property Codes, the Non-Profit Statues and Mandate that all HOA's abid by the laws; if not, an enforcement penality shall be assigned and collected by an independant State entity that a homeowner can take a greavence to.
