Did you know that if you do not write, email, fax, or visit your senator and representative regarding your disapproval with the possible passing of TUPCA into law, your homestead will forever have a forecloseable lien on it, because your legislator will think you do not care what happens to your property and pass it?

TUPCA is completely independent from the status of property liens. TUPCA may ESTABLISH the right of an HOA to file a LIEN, but the above statement is not true - "your homestead will forever have a forecloseable lien on it, because your legislator will think you do not care what happens to your property and pass it" - we ALL want and appreciate your attempts to promote advocacy, but tell the TRUTH to people - otherwise advocates are no better than the CAI!
